We attempted Ruckle Creek last weekend. Hit snow at about 3,000 feet elevation and trudged through it for a little while but decided to turn around because we didn't come prepared. The snow was getting in our boots and you couldn't see the trail. This is the least traveled trail I have ever done in the gorge area. We only encountered 6 people in our 5 hours of hiking. It was a steep one but had some great views.
