What do your recommend for a sinus infection?

I have some serious sinus pressure. I don't think I've ever had a sinus infection before. Any words of advice?

If your snot is yellow or green then you will probably need an antibiotic.

I have had many a sinus infection... antibiotics are in order. Taking a hot shower can help a lot too. Sorry to hear you're not feeling well. I've been recovering myself.

Uhh...it's still clear. Does that mean I'm ok? Sorry, you've been sick Andrea. We missed you guys this morning.

Clear might mean ok still. Nasal sprays usually work wonders. On a brighter note, I like your new drying rack...

Nasal sprays are good, but don't use them (or any decongestant) for more than 3 days. You'll usually have pain in your face if it's a sinus infection. Sorry we missed church - I slept most of the day. I finally showered around noon. It's not fun being sick.

Warm packs on your face make the pressure go away for a short time. The relief is great. Just put a wash cloth under hot, hot water and then lay it on your face.
Also, if you have a humidifier, plug that in and use it round the clock.

Sure hope you feel better soon!
